The Players
There will be many different players involved along the way. We will work with inspectors, lawyers, loan officers, accountants, contractors and more. The relationships that I have built with these important players will ensure that we are successful in the end. Together we will create a game plan that will work for you. Through comparable market analysis, budgeting and schedules we will find a property that meets your criteria and then work hard to get it under contract and on the way to a profit making future.
